The NSWAFUA will hold our 2008 Annual General Meeting on Monday 3 November. The venue will be confirmed closer to the date.
Nominations are hereby called for:
(i) Life Members; and
(ii) Office Bearers and Committee Members for the 2008 season.
A full agenda for this meeting will be available from the NSWAFUA website no less than seven days prior to the meeting.
Life Membership nominations need to be proposed and seconded in writing. Nominations for Office Bearers and Committee Members for the 2008 season need to be completed on the Committee Nomination Form (PDF). Please note the submission timelines and details provided below.
In the event you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you are entitled to appoint another Member as a proxy to vote on your behalf. Please complete the Proxy Vote Form (PDF). Submission details are provided below. Please note, Proxy Votes received on the day of the AGM cannot be accepted.
Please be aware of the following important dates as per the requirements as of the NSWAFUA constitution:
Monday 13 October (21 days prior to the AGM)
1. Constitutional Change nominations received by COB.
Monday 20 October (14 days prior to the AGM)
2. Life Member nominations received by COB.
Monday 27 October (7 days prior to the AGM)
3. Committee Member nominations received by COB.
4. Members notified of Life Member and Constitutional Change nominations.
Saturday 1 November (first day after end of NSWAFUA financial year)
5. Annual Report placed on the NSWAFUA website.
Please provide a working email address and telephone number on all nomination or applications forms to enable confirmation of receipt. All completed forms need to include handwritten signatures.
