The Association performs a range functions for Members, including:
- Representation & welfare – representation at the AFL NSW/ACT key programs;
- Recognition & reward – end of season awards, milestones and more
- Services & resources – canteen and equipment at the General Store and other training facilities;
- Community & social – organising formal / informal social functions; and
- Communication – the Association website,
- member updates, social media communciation
